Kennedy's Accounting ("we", "us") is an accountancy practice based at 14 Poplar Square, Naas, Co. Kildare. We are the data controller for the personal information you provide to us through this website.

When you complete a form on this site we collect your name, email address, phone number (if given), the service you are interested in, and the content of your message. We also collect standard technical data such as your browser type and pages visited.

How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to deal with your request and to meet legal obligations. Client records are retained for six years in line with Revenue and CPA Ireland requirements, after which they are securely deleted.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate, such as our email and hosting providers, and with Revenue or other authorities where the law requires. Any providers act under appropriate data protection agreements.
Your rights
