Company Formation Ireland: Start Your Ltd in Days

Company Formation for businesses in Naas and Kildare CPA Ireland

Setting up a limited company is about more than filling in a form. The share structure, the directors and secretary, the registered office, and getting registered with Revenue for the right taxes all need to be right from day one, or you create problems you pay to fix later.

We handle the whole formation as a fixed €350 package. You get a properly structured company, registered and ready to trade, plus a clear steer on whether incorporating is even the right move for you in the first place.

Good to know

Company Formation: your questions answered

How long does it take to form a company in Ireland?

Once we have your details, a standard limited company is usually incorporated by the CRO within three to five working days. We then complete your Revenue registrations, so most clients are fully ready to trade within a week.

How much does it cost to set up a limited company?

Our company formation is €350 all in, and that includes the CRO filing fees and a registered office service for the first year. There are no hidden extras. We tell you the full cost before we start.

Should I be a sole trader or a limited company?

It depends on your profits, your risk, and your plans. A company can save tax once profits grow and limits your personal liability, but it brings more admin and public filings. We give you a straight answer for your situation before you commit, free of charge.

What is a registered office?

Every Irish company must have a registered office in the State where official mail, including CRO and Revenue letters, is sent. We provide this for the first year as part of formation, so important post never goes astray.

Do I need to register for VAT when I form a company?

Not automatically. You register for VAT when your turnover is heading for the thresholds, or earlier if it suits you to reclaim VAT on setup costs. We assess this as part of formation and register you only if and when it makes sense.
